For this reason, in compliance with hygiene and health regulations, our soaps cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used.
However, we believe in transparency and trust. If you receive a damaged product or one that is different from what you ordered, we are ready to remedy the situation.
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery by writing to impact@sapona.world,
attaching photos of the package and the product.
After verification, we will:
send you a new product at no additional cost, or
refund the full amount of the order.
