Delivery Times
Italy: within 4 business days from order confirmation.
During holidays or unexpected events, delivery times may vary slightly. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away.
Shipping Costs — Our Transparent Choice
We don’t pretend shipping is free by inflating prices or forcing you to buy more.
Every delivery has a cost, and we’ve chosen the most honest way: sharing it with you.
SAPONA always covers 30% of the shipping cost, for every order, anywhere in Italy.
Average real rates from our BRT agreement No. 03092025:

1–2 SAPONA: actual cost €6.50 → you pay €4.50

4–8 SAPONA: actual cost €7.50 → you pay €5.50
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at impact@sapona.world. We’ll send you a new product or, if needed, refund the order.
