We believe trust comes from transparency. That’s why our Terms are written clearly, with no hidden fine print. Here you’ll find the simple rules that guide purchases in our online shop.

2. Use of the site

You can browse and shop freely, under these basic rules:

  • provide true and complete information when placing an order,

  • do not use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities,

  • respect SAPONA’s content, texts, trademarks, and images.

3. Products

Our products are natural and handcrafted, inspired by the ancient tradition of Aleppo soap. We do our best to describe them accurately.
Since they are artisanal, they may show small variations in color, shape, or weight: a sign of authenticity, not defects.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are expressed in euros (€).

  • SAPONA operates under a flat-rate scheme: no VAT is applied according to Art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and certified partners.

  • An order is valid only when you receive our confirmation email.

5. Shipping

  • Shipments within Italy are handled by BRT.

  • Average delivery time: 4 business days from order confirmation.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout.

  • After shipment you will receive a link to track your package.

6. Returns and Refunds

For hygienic and sanitary reasons, our soaps cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used.
We only accept returns if:

  • the product arrives damaged,

  • the product received does not match the order.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery at impact@sapona.world and attach photos of the package. We will send you a new product at no additional cost, or refund your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on sapona.world (texts, images, trademarks, logos) belongs to SAPONA and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy, which we invite you to read carefully.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. By using the site after changes are published, you automatically accept the new conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and EU regulations.
For any disputes, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.

In short: with SAPONA you won’t find hidden clauses or fine print. Only clear rules, mutual respect, and a transparent pact between us and you.
